where the issuer of your payment card or cheque refuses to authorise payment to us; or you have not paid when you have been invoiced.
where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (or the reasonable control of our sub-contractors and agents), including but not restricted to, war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.

These Terms & Conditions, as varied by Insignia Learning from time to time form the entire understanding between us. Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or affect.
No delay or indulgence by Insignia Learning in enforcing the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall affect Insignia Learning’s rights under them nor shall any waiver of Insignia Learning’s rights operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
No right, power or remedy conferred upon or reserved for Insignia Learning is exclusive of any other right, power, or remedy available to Insignia Learning provided either under these Terms & Conditions or as a matter of law and each such right, power or remedy shall be cumulative.
